Recurring cleans
Recurring clients, running on their own
Your biweekly clients are the business. Set the schedule once, change every future visit in one edit, bill per visit or on a period, and let autopay collect. Reminders and confirmations go out on their own.

Change all future visits
New price, new cleaner or new day? One edit updates every visit going forward.
Autopay that matches
Card or ACH on file, charged per visit or on a period you choose.
Set it once
Create a recurring job with a start date, a frequency and the details of the clean. Weekly, biweekly, monthly or custom, the visits appear on the schedule ahead of time so you can see your committed hours and plan hiring around them.
Instructions live on the job, not in someone's memory. 'Change sheets in the primary bedroom every visit, guest room monthly.' The checklist for the service type attaches automatically, so every visit is held to the same standard whoever does it.
- Weekly, biweekly, monthly or custom recurrence
- Visit instructions stored on the job
- Checklists attached by service type
- Recurring jobs report to track your book of business
Change the future without breaking the past
Clients move from Tuesday to Wednesday, prices go up in January, a favorite cleaner moves to a new team. Edit the recurring job and choose 'update all future visits'. Past visits keep what really happened, and every visit ahead reflects the change.
Every change is recorded in the job's change history, so when a client asks why their clean moved, you can see who changed it and when. Need to shift one visit for a holiday? Drag that visit on the calendar and the rest of the series stays put.
- 'Update all future visits' in one edit
- Change history on every job
- Move a single visit without breaking the series
Billing that fits recurring work
Some clients pay after every clean. Some pay a fixed monthly amount. Commercial accounts often want a single periodic invoice listing every service date. Choose per visit, fixed or periodic billing on each recurring job, and invoices are created from completed visits with service dates on the lines.
Save a card or bank account on file and turn on autopay, and payment happens without a reminder email. Clients can add a tip at 10, 15 or 20 percent or a custom amount. Payment details and upcoming cleans are also visible to them in the Client Portal.
When a card declines, invoice reminders follow up on their own and the balance shows in aged receivables, so a lapsed payment on a biweekly client gets caught after one visit instead of five. Because every invoice and payment posts to the Accounting module, recurring revenue shows up in your books without a separate sync.

The January price change
Say you raise prices on standard biweekly cleans at the start of the year. Instead of editing 140 recurring jobs visit by visit, your office manager opens each recurring job, updates the line item and chooses 'update all future visits'. Past invoices stay as they were.
Clients get a heads-up message you wrote once. Autopay charges the new amount after the first clean of the year, and the recurring jobs report shows your new monthly recurring value. When one client calls to say she'd rather go monthly, the frequency change is one edit and her change history shows exactly what happened.
FAQ
Questions, answered
Can I move a holiday visit without changing the whole series?
Yes. Move a single visit on the calendar and the rest of the series stays as it is. This is how most companies handle holidays, vacations and client travel. The change is logged in the job's history, so anyone in the office can see why a visit is missing.
What does update all future visits do?
When you edit a recurring job, you can apply the change to every visit going forward, for example a new price, day, team or set of instructions. Completed visits keep their original details, so your records of what was done and billed stay accurate.
How are recurring clients billed?
Choose per visit, fixed or periodic billing per recurring job. Per-visit billing creates an invoice after each completed clean. Periodic billing groups completed visits into one invoice with each service date listed. Fixed billing charges a set amount on a schedule. Autopay can collect automatically on any of them.
Can clients tip on recurring cleans?
Yes. Clients can add a tip at 10, 15 or 20 percent or a custom amount when paying an invoice, including through the Client Portal. Tips are recorded separately from the service amount so you can pass them to the right cleaners when preparing payroll.
Do recurring clients get reminders?
Yes. Visit reminders go out by email or SMS before each clean, with a confirm link. You set the timing and wording. On the day, cleaners can send an on-my-way text with an ETA from the field app, so clients know when to expect them.
