Pricing questions
Is there really no card needed for the trial?
Yes. Every new workspace gets 30 days with every module switched on and no card on file. At the end you pick a plan, or the workspace pauses. Nothing is deleted when a trial ends.
What counts as a user?
Anyone who signs in: owners, office staff and cleaners who use the field app. Your clients never count as users, and neither do people who only receive texts, emails, quotes or invoices from you.
What is a module?
A part of the erp.io platform, such as Service (scheduling, checklists and invoicing), CRM, Phony (AI receptionist and AI sales developer), Marketing, Accounting, Sign, Hiring or Training. Most cleaning companies start with Service and add the rest as they grow.
Are there usage charges?
Phony, the AI receptionist and sales developer, is metered at $0.12 per minute of call time on every plan, with speech, model and voice included. Card and bank payments carry standard processing fees from the payment processor.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, up or down at any time. Adding people or modules takes effect straight away and is prorated.
Do you offer Enterprise or franchise pricing?
Yes. For large or multi-location operators we quote Enterprise plans with unlimited users and modules. Email [email protected] and tell us about your company.
