Multi-location operations
One way of running every location you open
A second location doubles the complexity, not just the revenue. Different managers, different crews, different markets, and the same standards you built your name on. maid.co gives each location its own workspace and gives you a consistent way to run and compare all of them.

A workspace per location
Each branch has its own clients, crews, schedule and books.
Standards that travel
The same checklists, quote templates and training in every location.
Comparable numbers
The same reports in every workspace, so branches compare like for like.
Separate workspaces, same playbook
Each location runs in its own workspace with its own clients, properties, crews, service area and schedule. Local managers get the permissions they need, like dispatcher or manager, without seeing another branch's clients or payroll.
The playbook stays consistent because every workspace is set up the same way: checklist templates by service type, quote templates, automations for reminders and follow-ups, and permission presets. When a location opens, you configure it from what already works rather than inventing it again.
- A workspace per location with its own clients and crews
- Role-based permissions for local managers
- The same checklists, quote templates and automations in each
- Change log for every edit
Reports that line up across locations
Because every location uses the same reports, you can compare them directly: visits completed, recurring jobs, quote conversion, team productivity, job profitability, aged receivables and lead source revenue. Schedule reports to email you every Monday, or export to CSV to combine them.
Accounting keeps a general ledger for each location with its own P&L and cash flow, fed automatically by invoices, payments, payroll journals and supply purchases. The CFO module handles forecasting and the monthly close, and can model the next opening before you sign a lease.
- Identical report sets in every workspace
- Scheduled report emails and CSV export
- P&L, cash flow and monthly close per location

Hiring and training at scale
Every location has its own turnover problem. The hiring module runs postings and applicant pipelines per location. Courses let you build training once, on cleaning standards, chemical safety and client etiquette, and assign it in each branch with completion tracking.
Chat gives each team channels for its crews and office, with @mentions from job notes. Projects tracks the work of opening a new location: the lease, the hires, the launch campaign.

What we do and don't do for multi-unit brands
maid.co is built for companies operating several locations under one owner or group. It doesn't calculate franchise royalties or run franchisor-to-franchisee fee billing. If you're a franchise system, each location can run its own workspace with shared templates, and you'll handle royalties in your existing process.
Marketing can still run per location: Google Business Profile, review requests after each clean, local SEO and campaigns to each branch's lapsed clients. The AI receptionist can answer each location's number and book into that location's availability.
- Per-location Google Business Profile and review requests
- AI receptionist per location number
- No franchise royalty calculation
A day with maid.co
Monday morning with three locations
Say you run three locations. On Monday morning, the scheduled report emails land: completed visits, job profitability and aged receivables for each. The newest location shows lower margins on deep cleans. You open its job costing and see labor running well over estimate on first-time cleans.
You add a walkthrough step to the deep clean checklist and adjust the quote template for first visits, then make the same change in the other two workspaces so every location stays on one standard. That branch's manager assigns the refreshed training course to her two newest cleaners and tracks completion.
FAQ
Questions, answered
How are locations separated?
Each location runs as its own workspace with its own clients, crews, schedule, service area and books. Local staff only see the workspace they belong to, and owners can move between workspaces with the same erp.io login. That keeps client and payroll data separated by branch, and lets each local manager run their own day without seeing the others.
Does maid.co handle franchise royalties?
No. maid.co doesn't calculate franchise royalties or bill franchisees on behalf of a franchisor. Franchise systems can still use it to run each location with shared checklists, quote templates and training, and keep royalty accounting in the process they already use.
Can I use the same checklists and templates everywhere?
Yes. Set up each location with the same checklist templates, quote templates and automations, so every branch works to one standard. Checklist templates are versioned, so updating your standard doesn't erase historical answers. The change log shows who changed what and when.
Can I see accounting per location?
Yes. Each location has its own general ledger, P&L and cash flow, fed automatically by invoices, payments, refunds, payroll journals and supply purchases. The CFO module supports forecasting, scenarios and the monthly close, so you can compare branches on the same basis.
Can each location have its own phone line and reviews?
Yes. The AI receptionist can answer each location's number and book into that location's availability. Marketing can manage each location's Google Business Profile, send review requests after cleans, and run campaigns to that branch's clients, so each location builds its own local reputation.
