erp.io ATS
Hire cleaners faster than they leave
For most maid companies the limit on growth isn't demand. It's cleaners. erp.io ATS gives you job postings, an applicant pipeline and a straight handoff from hired to scheduled.

One pipeline
Every applicant in one place, from applied to phone screen to trial clean to hired.
No lost candidates
Notes, messages and next steps on each candidate, so the good ones don't slip away while you're on a job.
Hired means ready
Offer signed, training assigned and a field app login created without re-entering anything.
Turnover is the real growth problem
You can book more clients than you can clean. Every owner who has grown past a handful of cleaners knows the pattern: a good cleaner leaves, recurring clients get shuffled, quality slips, and you spend your weekend covering shifts instead of hiring.
The fix isn't a clever job ad. It's being fast and organized every single week, because the best applicants take the first decent offer. That's hard when applicants arrive by text, email, voicemail and a sticky note from the office.
A hiring pipeline won't make the job easier or the pay higher. What it does is make sure nobody who applied on Sunday night is still waiting for a call on Thursday, and that you know exactly who is at which step when you finally have an hour to hire.
A pipeline built for cleaning roles
Create a posting for each role and location: residential cleaner, crew lead, commercial night shift, part-time weekends. Share the link wherever you already recruit. Applicants land in a pipeline with stages you define, and you move them along with a drag.
Each candidate has a record with their availability, whether they drive, languages they speak, notes from the interview and the outcome of a trial clean. When you pass on someone, they stay in the system for the next time you're short.
- Postings per role and location with a shareable link
- Custom stages such as phone screen, trial clean, reference check
- Candidate notes, ratings and message history in one place
- A searchable pool of past applicants for busy season
From hired to on the schedule
This is where the suite earns its keep. From the hired candidate's record, you send the offer letter and onboarding documents through erp.io Sign and assign your training path in erp.io Courses. The same person becomes a team member in the Service module with the field crew permission preset.
Nobody types their name and phone number into four systems. By their first day, they have signed paperwork, have started their training, and can open the field app to see their first visits.
- Offer letters and onboarding docs sent through Sign
- Training assigned in Courses
- Field app account with the right permissions

A day with maid.co
A Monday with three no-shows to replace
Say it's early September, two cleaners have gone back to school and one just stopped answering. The owner opens the ATS and reposts the residential cleaner role, then filters past applicants from the spring for people who said they had weekday availability and a car.
Four get a text that afternoon. Two book phone screens for Tuesday. One does a paid trial clean on Wednesday with a crew lead, who leaves a note in the candidate record: fast, careful with baseboards, good with the client's dog.
On Thursday the owner marks her hired. The offer goes out through Sign, she signs on her phone that night, her training is waiting in Courses, and the dispatcher adds her to the Friday crew in the schedule.
FAQ
Questions, answered
Does it post to job boards for me?
Each posting gets its own public link and application form that you can share on job boards, local Facebook groups, your website, a flyer or a text to your current cleaners asking for referrals. Applications from that link land in your pipeline under the posting they came from.
Can applicants apply from their phone?
Yes. The application form works in any mobile browser, and it's short by design. Most cleaning candidates apply from their phone, and a long form loses them. You choose which questions to ask, like availability, transportation, experience and languages spoken.
Is this only for large companies?
No. A solo cleaner hiring their first helper benefits from having every applicant, note and message in one place just as much as a multi-location company does. Larger teams can give crew leads or location managers access to their own postings and candidates with permissions.
Does it run background checks?
erp.io ATS doesn't perform background checks itself. You can add a background check stage to your pipeline, record the result on the candidate, and store the consent form they signed through erp.io Sign. Use a screening provider you trust and follow the rules in your state.
What happens to a candidate's data after hiring?
The candidate record becomes the starting point for their team member profile, so their name, contact details and signed documents carry over. Interview notes stay in the ATS, visible only to people with hiring permissions, and don't show up in the field app or to other cleaners.
