Do cleaners need a computer to take courses?
No. Courses work in a phone browser, which is how most cleaners will take them. Lessons are short, so they fit between visits or in the evening. Spanish-language teams can be given courses written in Spanish, and the AI can help translate a course you've already written.
Is the chemical safety content certified?
No. Courses helps you write and deliver training about the products and procedures you use, and track completion. It isn't a certification program and doesn't replace any safety training your state or a commercial client requires. Many owners use it to teach the basics and record that each cleaner completed them.
Can I use existing training materials?
Yes. Paste in the text of an existing manual or document and use AI to break it into lessons and quiz questions, then edit. Photos and short videos you've taken of your own standards are usually the most useful additions, because cleaners see your products and your way of doing things.
Can I require training before someone is scheduled?
You can see at a glance which new hires have finished onboarding, and many owners make that a step in their hiring pipeline before a cleaner is added to the schedule. Crew leads and managers can be given permission to view training progress for their team.
Is this useful for experienced cleaners?
Experienced hires still need to learn your standard, your products and your rules for keys and pets. They'll often move through the material quickly, and quizzes let them show what they know.
