How do cleaning companies usually price a clean?
Most price from labor. Estimate how many cleaner-hours the home takes, then multiply by what an hour of your team costs the client, which covers wages, payroll taxes, supplies, drive time, insurance and profit. Flat prices by bedrooms and bathrooms are this same math, pre-calculated.
Why are recurring cleans cheaper per visit?
A home cleaned every week or two stays in better shape, so each visit takes less time. Pricing recurring cleans lower reflects that, and a steady biweekly client is usually worth more over a year than a string of one-time deep cleans.
What should my hourly price be?
