Request forms
Website requests that arrive ready to quote
Replace the generic contact form with request forms built for cleaning jobs. Clients share the address, the home details and a few photos. You get a complete request, tied to the right client, with the marketing source attached.

Photos up front
Clients can upload up to four photos, so you see the kitchen before you price the deep clean.
No duplicate clients
Returning clients are matched to their existing record instead of creating a second one.
Know what marketing works
UTM capture and lead source tell you which ads, pages and referrals bring in real jobs.
One form per kind of job
A move-out request and a commercial janitorial inquiry need different questions. Build as many request forms as you need and embed each one on the page it belongs to. The residential form asks about bedrooms, bathrooms and pets. The commercial form asks about square footage, frequency and after-hours access.
Address autocomplete keeps addresses clean for scheduling and routing. Photo uploads let clients show you the state of the home, which is often the difference between a fair price and a painful surprise on the day.
- Multiple forms, each embeddable on your website
- Up to 4 client photo uploads per request
- Address autocomplete for accurate service addresses
- Your own questions and custom fields
Clean data from the first click
Duplicate detection checks each request against existing clients. When a biweekly client fills out the form to ask for a one-time deep clean, the request attaches to her record instead of creating a stranger with the same phone number.
Custom fields you add to a form carry through to the client, the quote, the job and the invoice. Ask about pets or preferred products once, and the answer follows the work all the way to the cleaner's phone.

From request to walkthrough or quote
Every request shows up in one list with its photos and answers. From there you can book an assessment, or turn it into a quote with the details already filled in. AI can draft that quote from the request for you to check and send.
UTM parameters and lead source are captured on arrival. Later, lead source revenue reports show which channels produced paying clients, not just form fills. If you use the CRM, requests also appear on the sales pipeline so nothing sits unanswered.
Speed matters with cleaning leads, because people often ask two or three companies at once. Automations can send an instant acknowledgment by email or SMS, notify the right person in the office, and remind them if a request is still untouched by the afternoon. The first company to reply with a clear answer usually gets the walkthrough.

A day with maid.co
Three requests, one morning
Say three requests come in overnight. One is a property manager asking about a vacant unit, with photos. One is an existing client wanting her carpets and oven done before a party. One is a new homeowner from a Google ad asking for biweekly service.
The property manager's photos make pricing easy, so a quote goes out by 9 a.m. The existing client's request is already attached to her record, with her alarm code note and her usual cleaner. The Google ad lead carries its UTM source, and when she becomes a recurring client, that ad gets credit in the lead source revenue report.
FAQ
Questions, answered
Can I put the form on my existing website?
Yes. Each request form has embed code you can paste into your current site, whether it's WordPress, Squarespace, Wix or custom-built. You can place different forms on different pages, for example a residential form on your home page and a commercial form on your janitorial page.
What happens if an existing client submits a request?
Duplicate detection matches the request to the existing client and property where it can, so the request lands on the right record with their history, notes and access details. Your office sees at a glance that this is a current client, not a new lead, and can respond accordingly.
How many photos can clients upload?
Up to four per request. Most cleaning companies ask for photos of the kitchen, the main bathroom and any problem areas. The photos stay attached to the request and carry onto the quote and job, so the cleaner arriving on the day can see what the client showed you.
Should I use request forms or online booking?
Many companies use both. Online booking suits clearly defined services with set prices. Request forms suit jobs that need a closer look first, like move-outs, heavy deep cleans, post-construction or commercial spaces. You control which services are bookable and which go through a request.
How does lead source tracking work?
When a request arrives, UTM parameters from the visitor's link are captured along with a lead source. That source stays on the client record, so when the request turns into a paying recurring client, reports can attribute revenue to the ad, page or referral that brought them in.
