Booking respects lead time, buffers, service area and drive time, and assigns a team automatically if you want. Walkthroughs are a separate booking type for jobs you need to see first.
Can maid.co handle commercial cleaning contracts?
Yes. Book a walkthrough, send a quote with a contract block, collect the signature in Sign, and set the job to periodic billing with commercial payment terms. The AI sales developer can prospect offices and property managers, personalize outreach and follow up until a walkthrough is booked.
What do cleaners use in the field?
An installable web app that works offline. It shows the day sheet with access notes and pets, gives one-tap directions, sends on-my-way texts, runs timers, captures photos with markup and signatures, and fills checklists. It works in Spanish and syncs when the signal comes back. It is not a native App Store app.
How does payroll work?
maid.co prepares payroll: approved hours from timesheets, overtime including California daily, weekly and seventh-day rules, meal and rest premiums, and reimbursements. It exports or syncs to your payroll provider, which runs pay and files taxes. We don't run pay runs or file payroll taxes ourselves.
