Using a cleaning checklist
How do I use this checklist with my team?
Print it for each visit, or build it into maid.co as a checklist template. In the app each item can be required, photos can be attached per room, and a visit cannot be marked complete until the required items are ticked.
Should a standard clean and a deep clean use the same checklist?
Use the same base list and add sections. A standard clean covers the rooms above; a deep clean adds the extras; a move-out adds the inside-of-everything tasks. Keeping one base list means your standard is the same no matter which cleaner goes.
How do I handle client-specific requests?
Keep them on the property record, not the checklist. Notes like "no bleach in the primary bath" or "skip the office" belong to that home and should appear on every visit there automatically.
