Views for the office and the road
The office manager wants the week at a glance. The dispatcher wants today's map. The owner wants to see who has open hours on Thursday. Day, week, month, list and map views all show the same live schedule, and the real-time dispatch board shows where every team is in their day.
Color-code by team, service type or anything else with 72 calendar colors. Print or share day sheets for crews who like paper. Sync schedules to Google, Apple or Outlook calendars so cleaners see their day in the calendar app they already check.

Rescheduling without the phone marathon
Cleaning schedules change constantly. Clients move appointments, cleaners call out, weather closes roads. Drag a visit to a new slot, or select several and bulk reschedule them together. Clients get a notification of the new time, so you aren't making twenty calls before 8 a.m.
The unscheduled panel keeps approved jobs that don't have a time yet in plain sight. 'Find a time' suggests openings that fit the job's length and the team's existing route, and buffers and drive time are shown separately so you can tell a tight day from an impossible one.

Crews, windows and the details on the job
Schedule by individual cleaner or by crew. A two-person team shows up as one lane, and the job lands on both phones. Arrival windows let you promise 'between 9 and 11' instead of exactly 9, which is kinder to cleaners stuck behind a slow previous home.
Each visit carries the property's access notes, the checklist for its service type and the add-ons the client paid for. Reminders with a confirm link go out ahead of time, so you learn about cancellations before the cleaner is at the door. Lockouts and wasted trips drop when clients have confirmed the day before.
A day with maid.co
The Tuesday a cleaner called out at 6:40 a.m.
Say one of your two-person teams loses a cleaner to a sick kid before sunrise. Your office manager opens the week view, selects that team's five visits and looks at the options. Two recurring clients are flexible, so they get bulk rescheduled to Thursday with an automatic notification. Three are fixed, so she drags them onto other teams that had gaps.
The map view shows one of those homes is far from its new team's route, so she widens that client's arrival window. By 7:15 every affected client has heard from you, every cleaner's phone shows the updated day, and the calendar sync has already changed their Google calendars.
FAQ
Questions, answered
Can I schedule teams instead of individual cleaners?
Yes. Set up crews and schedule a job to the crew. Everyone on it sees the visit in the field app, and time tracking works per person. You can also assign individuals when a job only needs one cleaner, and mix both approaches on the same calendar.
Do clients get notified when I move their clean?
When you bulk reschedule, you can notify affected clients of the new time automatically. Visit reminders also go out ahead of each clean by email or SMS, with a confirm link, so clients see the current time and you learn about conflicts early. You control the wording of these messages.
What are arrival windows?
Instead of promising an exact start time, you give the client a window, anywhere from 15 minutes to 4 hours. The cleaner can arrive any time within it. Windows are especially useful for second and third jobs of the day, where the length of the earlier clean isn't fully predictable.
Can my cleaners see their schedule in their own calendar app?
Yes. Calendar sync pushes schedules to Google, Apple or Outlook calendars. The field app remains the main place to see job details, access notes and checklists, and it works offline, but the calendar sync helps cleaners plan their week in the app they already use.
How is drive time handled on the schedule?
Buffers (time you deliberately leave between cleans) and drive time are tracked separately, so you can see whether a gap is padding or travel. For heavier planning, route optimization reorders a cleaner's or team's day or week using real drive times and their start and end points.
