A home dashboard for the morning huddle
Open maid.co in the morning and see the day: how many visits are on the board, which are unconfirmed, which crews are running late, and what's been completed. Below that, open requests, quotes waiting on clients and overdue invoices.
It's the view the office manager needs before the first crew pulls out, and the one the owner checks from the car.
- Visits today by status
- Unconfirmed and at-risk visits
- Open requests and quotes
- Overdue invoices and recent payments
Reports built around recurring work
Recurring clients are the value of a maid business. The recurring jobs report shows active recurring clients, their frequency, their revenue and the ones who've paused or cancelled. Spot churn early and reach out before a biweekly client quietly becomes a former client.
Visit reports show volume by day, service and team. Quote and request reports show your pipeline and how often quotes convert.
For multi-location companies, every report filters by location, so each manager sees their own branch and the owner can compare them side by side. The numbers come from the same records your team works in every day, so there's no end-of-month data entry to make them accurate.

Team, profit and money in
Team productivity shows hours, visits and actual vs scheduled time per cleaner. Job profitability ranks jobs, services and clients by margin. Checklist reports show which items get flagged and which cleaners skip photos.
Aged receivables shows who owes you and for how long. Lead source revenue connects the money back to where clients came from, whether that's Google, referrals, your website form or the AI receptionist.

- Checklist completion and flags
- Aged receivables
- Lead source revenue
Your data, your way
Every report exports to CSV. Schedule any report to arrive by email daily, weekly or monthly. For deeper work, the erp.io CFO module adds forecasting and scenarios like adding a second crew, and the public API lets you pull data into your own tools.
Permissions still apply. Crew leads can see team reports without seeing margins if that's how you set it up.
Because the whole erp.io suite shares one client record, reports can connect the dots across teams. The call Phony answered, the quote that followed, the recurring schedule and the invoices it produced all show up in one line of history.
A day with maid.co
Monday morning with the numbers
Say it's Monday and the weekly report lands in your inbox before you're out of bed. Recurring revenue is flat, but the recurring jobs report shows three biweekly clients paused last week. You tag them for a check-in call.
Lead source revenue shows referrals quietly outpacing paid ads for new recurring clients this quarter. You decide to bump the referral credit in the Marketing module and trim ad spend. Team productivity shows one new cleaner consistently finishing well over scheduled time, so you book a ride-along with a senior crew lead. Three decisions, one coffee.
FAQ
Questions, answered
Which reports are included?
The home dashboard plus reports for visits, recurring jobs, quotes, requests, team productivity, job profitability, checklist results, aged receivables and lead source revenue. All reports can be filtered by date, service, team and location, exported to CSV and scheduled to arrive by email.
Can I get reports emailed automatically?
Yes. Schedule any report to be emailed daily, weekly or monthly to yourself or your managers. A common setup is a Monday morning summary for the owner, a daily visit report for the office manager, and a monthly receivables report for whoever handles collections.
Can I see where my best clients come from?
Yes. Lead source is captured on requests, bookings and calls, including UTM data from your website forms. The lead source revenue report ties that to the invoices those clients actually paid, so you can compare referrals, Google, your website and other channels by revenue, not just by lead count.
Will my crew leads see financial numbers?
Only if you allow it. Reports respect permissions, so a crew lead can see visits and team productivity for their crew without seeing margins or receivables. Owners and managers with the 'see costs' capability see profitability and financial reports. You can adjust any role's access whenever you need to.
Can I analyze data outside maid.co?
Yes. Every report exports to CSV for spreadsheets, and the public API and webhooks let you send data to other tools. Inside erp.io, the Accounting and CFO modules use the same data for your P&L, cash flow and forecasts, so there's no second copy to keep in sync.
